潘海東,博士,碩士生導(dǎo)師,副研究員。主要從事潮波動力學(xué)研究,開發(fā)了潮汐調(diào)和分析工具包S_TIDE(被加拿大紐芬蘭紀(jì)念大學(xué)海洋技術(shù)系用于課堂演示潮汐調(diào)和分析和預(yù)報),全球潮汐調(diào)和常數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)集GTC以及區(qū)域潮汐模擬軟件TMM。近年來,圍繞潮汐多時間尺度變化和調(diào)和分析模型改造開展了系列研究,開發(fā)了適用于短期潮汐數(shù)據(jù)的新型潮汐調(diào)和分析模型,基于多源衛(wèi)星高度計資料探索了海盆尺度潮汐演變規(guī)律。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目和國家博士后基金面上項目等國家級項目5項。截止2025年7月,以第一/通訊作者在JGR-oceans,Progress in Oceanography,Ocean Modelling等期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文20余篇,被引用超過1000次,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利1項。作為團(tuán)隊骨干,入選“自然資源部高層次科技創(chuàng)新人才工程科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊”。擔(dān)任SCI期刊Frontiers in Marine Science 的副編輯以及Remote Sensing的客座編輯。
