張志衛(wèi)，博士，正高級工程師，博士生導師，自然資源部第一海洋研究所海岸帶科學與海洋發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究中心書記/副主任，自然資源部海岸帶科學與綜合管理重點實驗室常務副主任，主要從事海島海岸帶資源環(huán)境演變與空間規(guī)劃研究。先后兼任聯(lián)合國教科文組織/政府間海洋學委員會西太分委會海洋空間規(guī)劃項目官員、聯(lián)合國環(huán)境規(guī)劃署（UNEP）海洋空間規(guī)劃顧問、聯(lián)合國教科文組織全球海洋空間規(guī)劃2030工作組成員、聯(lián)合國教科文組織可持續(xù)海洋規(guī)劃與管理工作組成員、中國海洋發(fā)展研究會常務理事、中國海洋學會海岸帶開發(fā)與管理分會副秘書長、青島市僑聯(lián)青年委員會副會長等職。共主持國家自然科學基金、政府間國際合作項目、國家科技基礎資源調(diào)查專項、國家海洋公益性行業(yè)科研專項、國家海島保護與管理項目等30余項，發(fā)表論文50余篇，主編專著2部、參編3部，主筆省部級以上規(guī)劃5項，獲省部級科學技術(shù)獎二等獎1項、三等獎1項，多項研究成果被各級海洋主管部門采納。
