寧春林,男,1977年5月14日生,自然資源部第一海洋研究所正高級(jí)工程師,博士,博士生導(dǎo)師,白龍浮標(biāo)技術(shù)總工,山東省泰山產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人才培育人選,青島市高層次C類人才,入選青島海洋科學(xué)與技術(shù)試點(diǎn)國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室首批“鰲山人才杰出工程師”培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃,國家科技系統(tǒng)專家?guī)斐蓡T,國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目評(píng)審專家,全國潛水器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)(SAC/TC306)委員,哈爾濱工程大學(xué)兼職教授,山東科技大學(xué)碩士生導(dǎo)師,中國大洋礦產(chǎn)資源研究開發(fā)協(xié)會(huì)深海人工智能分會(huì)委員,新僑創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)青島聯(lián)盟理事,青島市人工智能海洋技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心技術(shù)顧問委員會(huì)委員,美國大氣與海洋局太平洋環(huán)境實(shí)驗(yàn)室(NOAA/PMEL)訪問學(xué)者,美國伍茲霍爾海洋研究所(WHOI)訪問學(xué)者。

主要從事深海浮標(biāo)等海洋觀測技術(shù)的研究,負(fù)責(zé)研發(fā)的“白龍”浮標(biāo)是我國第一個(gè)進(jìn)入全球海洋觀測系統(tǒng)(GOOS)的深海浮標(biāo),其精度、穩(wěn)定性達(dá)到美國TAO浮標(biāo)水平,是我國首個(gè)通過全球通信系統(tǒng)(GTS)向全球共享數(shù)據(jù)的錨系浮標(biāo)。在2021年,完成白龍浮標(biāo)的成果轉(zhuǎn)化工作,轉(zhuǎn)化企業(yè)為中環(huán)天儀(天津)氣象儀器有限公司。目前,白龍第二代浮標(biāo)正在開展人工智能相關(guān)方面的研究。

  承擔(dān)“十四五”科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)課題1項(xiàng),山東省重大科技創(chuàng)新工程項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),中國氣象局專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),國家基金委面上基金1項(xiàng),科技部863課題1項(xiàng),其他課題十幾項(xiàng),經(jīng)費(fèi)5000多萬元。授權(quán)第一發(fā)明人發(fā)明專利13項(xiàng),實(shí)用新型專利4項(xiàng),軟件著作權(quán)2項(xiàng);以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表論文28篇,其中TOP期刊論文5篇。
